Thank you Anger

How do I get control of my anger? I must stop believing that it helps. I must stop rationalizing this behaviour. There is no one else but myself who can help me. When I hurt others and myself with this anger I realise.

Thank you anger for making me realise the value of things I have in my life.

When we expect more then anger come. When some body do not work with our expectation then anger find the way. Some one Says that Kam,Krodh or Lobh yeh tino narak ke dawar hain...

Try this: hope more, expect less; love more, hate less; teach more, learn more. Disengage your biases and try to accept people as they are.
