Conviction
Conviction is not infatuation. Its a developed belief based on conscious or subconscious processing of information which makes a person rise to the challenge. Rajeev Karwal 15th March 2009
When one does not have conviction, then he doubts his own capabilities. When one thinks he is not capable, how can he gain confidence. When one does not confidence on himself, how can he gain the confidence of others.
Conviction is the bottomline and the performance is the topline.
