I have started this blog from 20th August 2006 onwards. The idea is to express gratitude to people, organizations, stories and situations which have taught me some important lessons in professional and personal life. I hope that my 'journey of learning' will help people who read them on my blog.

I totally agree with you. Only one more thing I would like to add "Always Hire horses not donkey because donkey always hires donkey, and one day it will be big challage for an organization to handle donkey"
