Egos bloody Egos!
Egos! Egos!! Egos!!! Failure to manage Egos is the biggest reason behind Business/Life partnerships or opportunities which go bust ! Have seen people go on an Ego trip and then numbly watch themselves ride down to destruction. I myself have indulged in mindless ego sometimes. Need to be careful. RK

If egos are really so difficult then how are businesses/relationships run - businesses/relationships that are considered successful? Does the ego makes an appearance only once a while or indulges in constant trade offs vis a vis the egos of others ? Is ego different from self esteem , respect?
