Egos! Egos!! Egos!!! Failure to manage Egos is the biggest reason behind Business/Life partnerships or opportunities which go bust ! Have seen people go on an Ego trip and then numbly watch themselves ride down to destruction. I myself have indulged in mindless ego sometimes. Need to be careful. Rajeev Karwal 19th Feb
