I have started this blog from 20th August 2006 onwards. The idea is to express gratitude to people, organizations, stories and situations which have taught me some important lessons in professional and personal life. I hope that my 'journey of learning' will help people who read them on my blog.

Talk the Walk?
I have met many people who have attained real success by taking the right path but do not believe in 'Talking the Walk'. I have also found a lot of people who according to me do not deserve to be sustainable successes, though they lucidly say that they 'Walk the Talk' ! Rajeev Karwal
